Study: Eating junk food could impact future food choices

A new study suggests eating too much junk food will not only pack on the pounds but may affect your future food choices.
Two weeks after lab rats were given access to cake, pie and other junk food, they gained weight and lost the natural instincts that crave a balanced diet.
Researchers believe junk food causes long-term changes in the part of the brain responsible for decision making and weakens self-control.
