A Rochester woman, accused of running over a bicyclist and leaving the scene, will be arraigned Thursday in Monroe County court on another charge.
Keara Baker is now charged with burglary. She's been in jail for the hit and run last month.
The victim, Mary Moore, has been released from Strong Memorial Hospital but suffered serious head trauma and several broken bones.
Investigators say Baker's license had been suspended 22 times when she hit Moore on Clifford Avenue. Police say Baker told them she had smoked 12 bags of crack cocaine just before that crash.
Today's arraignment on the new burglary charge is set for 2 p.m.
