According to a report, rock star Jon Bon Jovi is no longer part of a Toronto-based group which is bidding on the Bills.
The report by the New York Post cites "sources close to the situation."
The paper also says that the remaining members of the group believe they are in better standing to win the bid without Bon Jovi because it will allow them to make a larger bid.
The Post says with Bon Jovi as lead bidder, he is required to invest thirty percent of the purchase price. Meaning the group's highest bid could only be approximately $1.1 billion.
Final bids are due next week.
