Police ID man shot twice on Scrantom Street

A 52-year-old Rochester man is in stable condition after police say he was shot twice.

Rochester Police say they received a call for shots fired near Scrantom Street around 1 p.m. Monday. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the victim, John Johnson, with two gunshot wounds to his lower body.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
