News10NBC has a follow-up on the two College at Brockport students who were arrested after a picture of a dog doing a keg stand appeared on social media in April 2014.

We have learned the charges against Shane Oliver, the man police say was holding the dog, and Robert Yates, the man police say posted the picture on Twitter, have been dismissed.

We’re told the judge dismissed the charges due to there not being any proof the dog actually ingested alcohol.
