Athletes from the United States won two medals on Monday night.

American Brita Sigourney won bronze in the Olympic freestyle halfpipe skiing.

She finished behind Canada's Cassie Sharpe and France's Marie Martinod.

In figure skating, American siblings Maia and Alex Shibutani won the bronze in ice dancing. The teammates, nicknamed the “Shib Sibs,” leaped into third place with a strong free skate. They were in fourth after the short program.

The Shibutani siblings finished behind Canada’s Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, and France’s Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron..
