There’s trouble brewing at Walmart.

Beer lovers filed a class action lawsuit, claiming a craft brew marketed by the retail giant is actually mass produced in Rochester, according to the Washington Post.

The beer company in question is Trouble Brewing. The lawsuit claims its beer is actually brewed by Genesee Brewing Co. and meets none of the criteria set forth for craft beer by the Brewers Association.

The beer labels don't mention Genesee brewing, but list the same St. Paul Street, Rochester address.

The complaint, which was filed last week in Colorado, claims Walmart is misleading consumers into thinking they're buying "craft" beer at a higher, inflated price.

Walmart says it has no intention to deceive consumers.

Trouble Brewing is sold in over 3,000 stores across 45 states, according to the lawsuit.
