They say you can't go home again, but what if you're forced to by the NFL schedule-makers?
Bills head coach Sean McDermott spent six seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers. Sunday, he goes back to his old home looking for a win.
"To be back in that stadium and just seeing the people I just left not too long ago," McDermott explains, "That'll be, just from the human side of it, a little bit different."
Even though he knows the Panthers inside and out, McDermott says he and his squad still need to stay focused and prep like any other game.
"I'm aware of strengths and weaknesses, if you will. That's the part that is there. I acknowledge that. The players will be on the field making the plays. We’ve got to have a great week and we've got a lot of work to do. Like I said, coming off of last week's game and really, for us, it's about us growing as a football team and then making the trip down there. That'll be a big challenge for us."
