The song begins, “The Bills are alive, With the start of the season. With fans who will cheer for their 57th year. The Bills fill my heart with the sound of touchdowns. If we don’t make the playoffs, we’re really cashing in on next year.”

Fagen gained popularity last year when she posted “Sixteen Going on Seventeen," singing "Bills are 16/ Going on 17/ Years out of the playoffs/We did so great/Back in '88/ 2000 began our loss."
