Both of these games are crucial for the Tigers postseason hopes. With two wins, the Tigers can finish as high as third in the Atlantic Hockey Conference, but with two losses they can finish as low as eleventh.

Thursday, the Tigers were hard at work gearing up for the games and say that these games are their big opportunity to jumpstart their season.

"For us, I think we'd like to get a bye here," says coach Wayne Wilson. "I think the league is that tight that anyone can beat anyone in the league right now. So if you get a bye, that's two less games and two less wins that you need to advance. So we'd like to have four games to have to move onto the NCAAs instead of six games to move on to the NCAAs."
