High school lacrosse State Championship results

Five Section five teams made it to their State Championship games, and all five came up short in the title game. 

In boy's lacrosse Irondequoit falls to the number one team in the country Garden City 11-4 in class B. In Class C Penn Yan loses to Shoreham-Wading River 10-6.

In girl's lacrosse Penfiled loses to West Genesee 9-6 in Class A. In Class B Canandaigua falls to Garden City 13-8. In Class C Honeoye Falls Lima loses to Shoreham-Wading River 11-9
