Bristol native Ryan Lochte finishes fourth in 100 meter freestyle at U.S. Swimming National Championships

Bristol native Ryan Lochte finished fourth in the men's 100 meter freestyle at the U.S. Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis on Tuesday night.

Seven swimmers, including Lochte, finished under the 49 second mark.

Nathan Adrian won the race, with Jimmy Feigen finishing in second. Adrian and Feigen will represent the U.S. in the 100 meter freestyle at the World Championships in Barcelona.

Lochte is also competing this week in the 200 meter freestyle, 200 meter backstroke, 100 meter fly, and the 200 meter and 400 meter individual medley at the U.S. Swimming National Championships.
