The Rochester Knighthawks announced Monday they re-signed defenseman Paul Dawson to a four-year deal. Dawson entered the league in 2007 and won his first Champion's Cup with the Knighthawks in 2013 after being traded to the team from the Philadelphia Wings.

The Knighthawks acquired Dawson on December 14, 2012 in a blockbuster trade with the Wings, which sent Paul Rabil, Jordan Hall, Joel White, Rob Campbell and a second-round selection in the 2014 Entry Draft to Philadelphia in exchange for brothers Dan and Paul Dawson and a first-round selection in 2016.

Dawson and the rest of the Knighthawks are now preparing for Training Camp, which will take place at the brand new, state-of-the-art Unity Health System Total Sports Experience location in East Rochester.  The first practice will be held on Saturday, November 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
