How much will "March Madness" cost your boss? Employers in the U.S. will lose more than a billion dollars for every unproductive work hour.

During the first week of the NCAA Tournament, a consulting firm says 50 million people are expected to participate in office pools, taking anywhere from a few minutes to an hour with their brackets.

Then there's sneaking a few peeks at the madness, slowing down the internet speeds.
