Syracuse and West Michigan are less than 24 hours from tip-off, just down the Thruway in Buffalo. The Broncos won't be caught off-guard, Senior Shayne Whittington says he expects these seats to be filled with orange, making Buffalo a pseudo home game for the Orange.
"I've driven through Buffalo a lot coming from Canada," says Ennis. "To be able to play here and have my family come is a dream come true."
"It's only a couple hours away, so I know we're going to have a lot of fans here," says Jerami Grant. "We're just going to use that to our advantage."
Forward C. J. Fair says, "It's definitely nice. We'll do what were suppose to do, get the fans involved. Hopefully we can feed off the energy."
WMU coach Steve Hawkins says, "We certainly understand what their fan base is all about and then how well they travel, so basically this will be a road game, I'm certainly concerned about that."
Ennis points our that though this will be a pro-Syracuse crowd, the win won't be gift wrapped, the team will have to go out and earn it. News10NBC's Justin Granit will be in Buffalo on Thursday for the tip-off.
