Former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly was released from the hospital Monday and is home with his family, according to the Buffalo News.

The news comes just ten days after Kelly’s final round of radiation treatment. The Hall of Fame quarterback underwent six weeks of both chemotherapy and radiation treatments to battle his oral cancer.

Kelly has been in the hospital since the middle of May. Doctors told Kelly it will take two to three months to determine the next steps in his treatment.
