RPD investigates after woman’s body found on Weaver Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating a woman’s death.

Officers responded to Weaver Street off North Clinton Avenue around 7 p.m. on Monday, where they found a body outside. RPD is investigating it as an unattended death at this point.

There’s no word yet on the cause of death. The body was taken to the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
