A new study says that a majority of teens in the United States are already on the path to heart disease.
The American Heart Association reports that 80-percent of teens eat too much salt, fat and sugar and don't exercise enough to protect themselves from disease. A third of the teens polled had unhealthy levels of cholesterol.
Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the U.S. and doctors say that the seeds for good or bad heart health are planted early.
