ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Forty-five new affordable apartments for seniors are now ready for tenants after a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.
Rochester Management and Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church teamed up for the project on Samuel McCree Way.
Foodlink and Cornell Cooperative Extension are still creating a community garden and greenhouse on Wooden Street next to the apartments.
