Arcadia man charged with rape, child endangerment

NEWARK, N.Y. (WHEC) – Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man accused of raping a young girl.

40-year-old Joseph Custer from Arcadia faces charges of first-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies say he sexually abused the victim in the Village of Newark.

Custer is awaiting arraignment.
