As such, he didn’t return.
On Tuesday, Head Coach Sean McDermott confirmed a report that the tight end had indeed fractured his hand but didn’t give any kind of timetable for a return.
He adds that there are no other injuries. Aside from Knox, a clean bill of health heading into the bye week. #Bills https://t.co/ZkLMljNSGL

He said it’s something the team will "monitor,” though it’s expected Knox won’t miss much time.
The Bills head into their bye week before returning to action at home on Halloween against the Miami Dolphins.
