‘Bring Monroe Back’ meeting Wednesday night urges public opinion

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The second of four "Bring Monroe Back" meetings is tonight at 6 p.m. inside the Wilson Magnet High School gym.
The meeting aims to bring public say from people living in Monroe County into how they will spend the $144 million from American Rescue Plan Act. The county announced two initiatives, one being "Plan Forward" and the other being "Bring Monroe Back."
The money will focus on improving:
- Public safety
- Public health & wellness
- Economic recovery
- Workforce development
- Infrastructure
- Sustainability
