Crash knocks over utility pole in Chili

A utility pole on Paul Road in the town of Chili was knocked over after a car crashed into it around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The area is not far from Chili Avenue. When News10NBC’s crew arrived on the scene, deputies had blocked off the street, RG&E was working on repairs, and a damaged car was seen off the road in a yard. The driver did get some tickets, but thankfully was not injured in the crash. No power outages were reported.
