CrimeStoppers looking for tips after cyclist attacks man in wheelchair
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man in a wheelchair was attacked by a person on a bicycle on Monroe Avenue Thursday morning.
Rochester CrimeStoppers posted a video of what happened.

It appears a security camera captured the suspect riding up to the man carrying a u-shaped bike lock, hitting him with the lock, and riding away.
The video shows it happened around 9:30 a.m. Thursday outside Bright Bubble Laundromat.
CrimeStoppers said the victim has head injuries.
