Deputies: 2 people from Rochester charged after selling ‘grey death’, other drugs around Batavia

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WHEC)— Deputies say two people from Rochester are facing a long list of felony charges after a drug bust brought in crack, powder cocaine– and the lethal drug combo known as "grey death."

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said Germayne Session and Sylvia Perez sold the drugs to deputies during a sting. The two are accused of dealing drugs in and around Batavia.

The two were arrested after a task force team carried out a search warrant Monday. Investigators say they found ‘large’ amounts of the drugs.

Session is due back in court on Thursday, and is being held on a parole violation warrant. Perez was released under supervision and is due back on Sep.2.
