Deputies: 4 injured in 2-car crash in Palmyra
PALMYRA, N.Y. (WHEC) — Four people were taken to the hospital after a two-car crash in Wayne County Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at around 1:45 p.m. on State Route 21 at North Creek Road in the Town of Palmyra.
Deputies say a 33-year-old East Rochester man was turning left onto North Creek Road when his car was struck by another car, driven by a 34-year-old Walworth man at a high rate of speed.
The two drivers and a female passenger had to be extracted from the cars. The three that were extricated and a male passenger were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries.
The crash is under investigation. Deputies have not yet announced any tickets or charges.
