Deputies: Genesee County woman facing DWI charges after hitting person, dog

BERGEN, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Genesee County woman is facing multiple charges after deputies say she hit a person and a dog while driving drunk.
The incident happened Saturday night on South Lake Street in Bergen.
Katherine Vail, 29, is now facing reckless endangerment and DWI charges.
The conditions of the victim and dog are unknown.
Vail is due back in court on Dec. 8.
