Farmington Urgent Care reopens after temporary closure due to ‘significant staffing challenges’

FARMINGTON, N.Y. (WHEC) — Farmington Urgent Care has reopened with limited hours after closing due to "significant staffing challenges" on Sept. 19, 2021.

The move allowed the health system to consolidate and redeploy staff where needed.

Starting Friday, April 1, the urgent care will be open on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua is also reopening its cafeteria to staff starting next Wednesday, April 6.
