ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Sunny skies this morning will help to send temps toward 90 degrees today.

Plenty of humidity around as well, so some clouds will puff up with a local thundery downpour possible mid to late afternoon. Most of today will be rain free, so just keep an eye to the sky for any potential storms later in the day.

Warm and muggy tonight with mainly dry conditions. Hot and humid weather tomorrow with plenty of sunshine. The feel-like heat index Sunday will approach 100 degrees, so don’t be surprised to see a heat advisory issued for tomorrow.

Showers and storms will increase early next week as a cold front cools us down and dries us out middle and end of next week. Stay tuned to News10NBC for the latest on any thunderstorms that develop today.
