ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — There will be sunny skies on Friday with just a few clouds in the sky later this afternoon as a weak front approaches from the west.

There will be a very small chance for a shower late in the day, mainly west of Rochester. Temperatures today will be in the mid-70s.

The weekend is looking fair with a cooler than normal pattern in place. Temperatures on Saturday will stay in the 60s with sunshine and a few puffy clouds. Chilly nights, in the 40s, are ahead. Sunday will feature some increasing clouds but should be another dry day. The next chance for rain will arrive Monday into Tuesday as warmer and more humid weather develops. Stay tuned to News10NBC for any updates on that slight shower threat later in the day and where the temps are headed into next week.
