Geneva Police searching for suspect after tires slashed

GENEVA, N.Y. (WHEC) — Geneva Police are looking for a suspect who they say slashed the tires on more than a dozen vehicles.

It happened on Hamilton and Washington Streets and at Hobart and William Smith Colleges during the overnight hours Wednesday, July 7 into Thursday, July 8.

Police say the suspect also tried to break the windows on the New Canandaigua National Bank.

The photos the Geneva Police Department provided are pretty hard to make out but police say the suspect appears to be in their late teens.

Police are asking businesses in the area to review surveillance video between July 7 at 11 p.m. and July 8 at 3 a.m.
