Gov. Hochul will participate in two debates ahead of primary
ALBANY, N.Y. (WHEC) — Gov. Kathy Hochul will participate in two debates before the 2022 Democratic Primary Election scheduled for June 28.
The first debate will be held on June 7 and sponsored by CBS News New York, WCBS-TV Channel 2, and Newsradio 880. The second debate will be held on June 16 and sponsored by NBC New York, Telemundo 47, and Albany Times Union.
More details will be released soon about how to watch the debates and which of Hochul’s challengers will participate. Hochul’s opponents for the governor’s race include Rep. Tom Suozzi and New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.
