House of Guitars donates Lou Gramm autographed guitar to support Crime Stoppers, Locust Club fundraiser

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The House of Guitars is donating an autographed guitar to support a fundraiser benefiting two Rochester non-profit organizations.

A teal Kramer Guitar signed by local music legend Lou Gramm will be raffled off on Sept. 10. to raise money for Crime Stoppers K9 Initiative and the Rochester Police Locust Club. Gramm, a native of Rochester was a founding member of the band Foreigner.

Raffle tickets are $10 and are available now until Sept. 9 at the House of Guitars on Titus Avenue and at the Rochester Police Locust Club on Lexington Avenue. The drawing will be held on Sept. 10 at the Locust Club 100th Anniversary open house.

"It’s been a challenging year for everyone because of COVID-19 so we try to help nonprofits in our community as much as we can,” Bruce Schaubroeck, Co-Owner of the House of Guitars said. “We’re happy to support Crime Stoppers and the Locust Club, and we’re especially proud to show our support for first responders and all the men and women who put their lives on the line every day.”

Proceeds from the guitar raffle will be shared between the two non-profits.
