SPENCERPORT, N.Y. (WHEC) — LuGia’s Ice Cream is asking for help after it says its ice cream trucks were vandalized and ice cream was stolen early Sunday morning.

The family-owned ice cream shop posted a video from a Nest camera on Facebook of the break-in that shows three people walking onto LuGia’s property, then running away shortly after.

LuGia’s said the trucks that were vandalized and stolen from were prepared for parties and celebrations on Sunday, and the theft meant the trucks arrived late to parties and without favorite flavors for an 85th birthday celebration.

LuGia’s is offering a cash and ice cream reward if anyone can help identify the people in the video.
