Man arrested for June shooting on Remington St. in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – A suspect is in custody for a June shooting in Rochester that left a man with what police describe as ‘life-altering injuries’.
On Tuesday, the U.S. Marshals Task Force picked up 46-year-old Luis Osorio after a traffic stop. He is charged with first-degree assault.
Osorio was wanted for the June 1 shooting on the 400 block of Remington Street.
He’s scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
