Man hurt in shooting on Portland Avenue near Clifford Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man was shot on Rochester’s northeast side Friday night.
Police responded to a report of a person shot near Portland Avenue and Aebersold Street at around 9:15 p.m.
When police arrived, they found a 33-year-old man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.
Police are still investigating and have no suspects in custody at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
