Man indicted in deadly Goodman Plaza murder case

ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted a man in connection to the deadly shooting at Goodman Plaza Parking lot.
Joseph Serrano, who was injured in the shooting, is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. After an RPD Major Crimes Unit investigation, he is accused of killing 23-year-old Dallas Cooper Jr.
Serrano, 23, was released from the hospital on April 13 and was arraigned for his charges the next day. He was indicted Thursday.
The shooting happened outside the Family Dollar in Goodman Plaza on April 10.
