Man questioned in disappearance of Brittanee Drexel to switch lawyers

The man the FBI thinks knows something about Brittanee Drexel’s disappearance will be allowed to fire his attorneys.

According to court records, a judge granted Timothy Da’shaun Taylor’s request to seek new counsel.

The move will delay his sentence in a federal robbery case again.

The Chili teen disappeared in 2009 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Last year, a jailhouse informant told the FBI that Taylor and his father had roles in her kidnapping, rape and murder.

Taylor was never charged in Drexel’s death.
