Monroe County to hold weekend COVID vaccine clinics for kids ages 5-11
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Weekly COVID vaccine clinics for kids 5-11 will start as soon as this weekend, Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said Thursday.
The Monroe County Department of Health will operate the appointment-only clinics on Saturdays and Sundays starting this Saturday. The clinics will only be for people 5-11 years old.

Bello said the clinics will be at the following locations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6:
- Pittsford Plaza – Lower Level Entrance by Century Wines/ 3349 Monroe Avenue
- Greece Ridge Mall – 112 Greece Ridge Center Drive
- MCC Downtown Campus – Corner of 321 State Street and Morrie Silver Way
Appointments can be booked on the county’s website.
There are also a limited number of walk-in appointments available at the Edgerton R-Center at 41 Backus Street on Sunday, Nov. 7 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The clinics above will not be administering COVID-19 vaccines to adults during those times.
