Movies With a Downtown View kicks off Friday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Movies With a Downtown View started Friday.
The series of free events is being presented by Buckingham Properties every other Friday at Parcel 5, which is on 285 E. Main St.
The first one was canceled due to bad weather.
Friday night they showed “Black Panther” and Le Petit Poutine, Neno’s and Rita’s Italian Ice provided food.
On Aug. 20, they’ll show the 1995 version of “Jumanji” and Wraps on Wheels and Eat Me Ice Cream will provide food and on Sept. 3 they’ll show “The Post” and Le Petit Poutine, Meat the Press and Rita’s Italian Ice will provide food.

There will also be raffles at the Washington Square Community Association table.
The events start at 7 p.m. and the movies will start at sunset.
