ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — There are new changes to child care centers because of staffing shortages.

If that’s the case for your child care program, staff and volunteers who test positive for COVID are asked to isolate for five days. They can come back as long as they don’t have any symptoms and must where a mask.

However, if there are no staffing shortages, a 10-day isolation period should still be used.
