Newly renovated Frederick Douglass R-center opens

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The newly renovated Frederick Douglass R-center was unveiled during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday morning.

Mayor Malik Evans was in attendance along with other city officials. The center at 999 South Avenue features year-round recreation for youth and adults on the south side of Rochester.
