Ontario County distributing COVID-19 home test kits

ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. (WHEC) — Ontario County is handing out COVID-19 home test kits the first week of February.

The tests will be distributed at:

• Gannett Hill Park at 6475 Gannet Hill Park Dr. in Naples from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 1
• Finger Lakes Casino and Raceway at 5857 NY-95 in Farmington from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3
• Lake Geneva Plaza at 795 Canandaigua Rd. (Rts. 5 & 20) in Geneva from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 6

These test kits are for Ontario County residents only. Pre-registration is required.

The county does not recommend using handheld devices to register for an appointment and suggests using a laptop or desktop instead. For those without access to internet/computer or need help registering, call 585-396-4047.

The limit is four test kits per car.
