PA woman charged with DWI with child in car

AVON, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Pennsylvania woman was arrested in Avon on felony DWI charges.
Deputies say she had a child in the car.
Investigators say Kionna Speed, 33, of Clarion, PA, was pulled over just after 8:30 p.m. on May 6 after she was reported for swerving all over the road on I-390.
Deputies say her blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit, she had a passenger under the age of 16 in the car, and was operating under a suspended license.
