Paving on Pierpont and Aberdeen streets in Rochester to affect traffic

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Paving projects on Pierpont Street and Aberdeen Street in Rochester will impact traffic patterns through Tuesday.

Paving will be done on Pierpont Street between Driving Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue and on Aberdeen Street between Woodbine Avenue and Post Avenue.

The City of Rochester says drivers should expect delays and changes in traffic patterns.

Parking is not permitted in the work zones between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. until July 20.

The city says temporary signs and flaggers will be out while the work is done.
