Police investigation near Flint Street R-Center Tuesday afternoon

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A police investigation happened on Rochester’s southwest side Tuesday afternoon.

News10NBC sent a crew to the scene. Several police cars were on Flint Street near Costello Park and the Flint Street R-Center.
