Police release name of man fatally shot inside restaurant on N. Clinton Ave

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester police said Anthony Rosario, 26, is the man who was fatally shot inside Black Out Soul Food Restaurant on North Clinton Avenue on Saturday.
RPD responded to reports of shots fired around 3:30 a.m. They found Rosario dead at the scene. Rosario was at an after-hours party in the restaurant with a large crowd when he was shot. The party was unsanctioned, according to the RPD.
No suspect is in custody and RPD is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 585-423-9300.
