ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Puerto Rican Festival will return to Rochester this year, but there will be some big changes.

This year’s festival will be limited to two days and will be held in two different locations instead of Frontier Field.

The first day of the festival is set for Saturday, Aug. 14 at the International Plaza. The second day is happening the following Saturday, Aug.21 at Parcel Five.

Both days are free.
