Reindeer Run 5K and Kids Half-Mile set to close some roads Saturday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Reindeer Run 5K and Kids Half-Mile is Saturday morning.

The event starts and finishes at the Blue Cross Arena.

YellowJacket Racing says 80% of the course is on the Genesee River Path.

There will be some road closures.

Exchange Boulevard will be closed between Court and Broad streets starting at 6:30 a.m.

The following streets will be closed from 8:15 a.m. until approximately 10:30 a.m.:

  • Exchange Boulevard southbound from Broad Street to Plymouth Avenue.
  • Exchange Boulevard northbound from Ford Street to Broad Street.
  • Ford Street from Mt Hope Avenue to Plymouth Avenue.
  • Wilson Boulevard from Ford Street to McLean.
  • Court Street from South Avenue to Exchange Boulevard.
