ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Prosecutors say a supervisor in a Rochester drug conspiracy is going to prison for more than 15 years.

Jonathan Torres a.k.a. "Joey Crack" was sentenced Friday. He was convicted of using his home on Raines Park to prepare his street drugs.

Torres then supplied the drugs to dealers selling in the Wilkins Street area. Prosecutors say at least one of the street-level workers was younger than 18.
